Welcome to our Krav Maga real-world self-defense program, where we believe that getting in shape should also mean going home safe. Our classes are designed for both youth and adults, catering to beginners as well as experienced individuals.

The idea behind Warrior X-Fit is pretty simple: Help participants get fit and stay fit. But what sets this exercise program apart and makes it so effective is its dynamic combination of innovative workouts, motivational tools and personal challenges coupled with unparalleled versatility and convenience.

Feel better, look better and live better with Warrior X-Fit Fitness Kickboxing Program.

Based on Martial Arts, our unique fitness program combines strength training and cardio exercises with active striking drills that can be performed at your preference level:  shadow boxing (no targets), with partners and focus mitts, or with standing heavy bags.

     Train in your way, at your level, surrounded by others on their own journey.  Find accountability, motivation, fitness, and the ability to reach your goals in a fun and proven manner.

     The exercises that comprise each workout (or “fight”) are based on martial arts training principles and were developed by a nationally recognized personal trainer and world-renowned martial artist specifically for Warrior X-Fit. Because the fights combine both strength training and body conditioning components, you’ll get a total body workout every time. Each exercise has easy-to-follow instructions and video demonstrations if you are using the online portal.

     Regardless of your age, weight or skill level, Warrior X-Fit can help you meet your personal fitness goals. Each exercise is done for a specified amount of time, as opposed to a certain number of repetitions, so your online fights always last 20 minutes and your in-person classes always last 50 minutes as you incorporate striking components to really enhance your workouts. 

     You work out at your own pace and at an intensity level that is comfortable for you. If you are ever assigned an exercise that you are unable to do, for whatever reason, you have the option to modify it to fit your capabilities or select an alternate exercise.

Just like a personal trainer in the gym, Warrior X-Fit’s in-person and virtual trainers verbally guide you through the workout. The trainer tells you when to begin each timed exercise and counts you down to the end, freeing you up to focus on your form and count your repetitions. 

In-person classes include active demonstrations and guidance of each exercise and striking combination as a part of every single session, so you never have to worry.  You can focus on form and working out, while you let our instructors lead the way!

In keeping with its martial arts inspiration, Warrior X-Fit keeps track of your progress with scorecards. After each workout, you record your results. If your performance improved, you “win” the fight. As you accumulate wins, you earn belts, just as you would in martial arts. In addition to challenging personal bests, you can take on other Warrior X-Fit users in virtual fights.
